I don't know the difference between this shirt and a football jersey. It was delivered from the UK and has the team logo, but no name or number. It fit true to size, both my husband's shirt and my teenagers'

It does run a bit small; however the quality of the shirt is good. I wash it in cold water and hang it up and never dry it in the dryer!
