I’m very impressed with the Grips They are very well-made and provide excellent support for my wrists during weightlifting exercises. I have been using them for a few weeks now and have noticed a significant improvement in my grip strength and stability.

Bought this for a while now but have never used them as they’re too big for me. Should’ve stated the size.

I have small hands, there are super uncomfortable! I think if you have bigger hands it would be ok. But small hands and wrists it’s definitely not comfortable.

Great product. They really do help with grip and avoiding callous hands. However, they took a long time to really wear in to really be able to grip a barbell properly.

●I used them in the gym for pull ups and it really helps a lot, good protection for my palms, support for wrists and an incredible firm and secure grip if used properly. Also perfect for deadlifts but only for mixed grip in my opinion.●tried to do some free wheight exercises with the grips on but they are not comfortable and doesn't help, especially on dumbbells, as the bars roll off hand because the palm support is too thick, better without or with long lifting straps that can wrap around the bar●the grips seems to be quite good quality and well made, definitely gonna last for ages but it has a strong petrol or diesel smell and even after I washed my hands the smell was still there for a while. The smell will diminish in time eventually but this gona take a while.Generally good quality crossfit grips but only for particular exercises. The price is average.
