Good book but does not go to deep into diagnosis or performance. So far I like it because it complements with other books I have.

Buy the book!! All you have to do is read "About the Authors" and the Introduction. They pretty much tell the story about the value of this publication. Ralph Birnbaum's writing and illustration talent are award winning, if not almost legendary, and with support from Sam Bell, this book pretty much lives up to its title. It cuts through the factory BS and tells you how to fix cars. Isn't that what it's all about?
