Actually very good product!
Quality was top tear, was hesitant because of the bad review it had but order it been using it for a while now with no problems. The bad review say it doesn't come with instructions but it's on the cap, he didn't see it, which is annoying because this product deserves its 5 star rating.

3 rings, easy to use, taste bitter
These 3 silicone life-saver shaped rings came with a tiny plastic storage case, which is convenient. 3 different colors, white, grey, dark; 3 different thickness, white the thinnest, dark the thickest; 3 different levels, white the beginner, dark the advanced. I tried all three of them. It's pretty easy to use them for mewing. They help me keep my tongue stay on the ceiling. I think they are helpful for anyone interested in mewing. But I keep tasting a hint of bitterness when using the rings.

Straight junk
Tiny slithers of rubber just like little rubber washers. They don't actually achieve any suction or help you with mewing whatsoever. You're better off with a cheap piece of gum if you want something between your tongue and roof of your mouth when mewing. $38 for 5 cents of thin rubber that literally does nothing except leave a toxic taste in your mouth?! This is literally the biggest scam going on Amazon. Regular mewing is great, but don't waste your money on scam garbage like this.

Easy to mew!
It's about the size of a quarter so it's quite small but I didn't find it small enough that there was a risk of swallowing it. I would not do this when you're too tired or while laying in bed. At first without watching the videos and never having heard of mewing, I thought I was supposed to chew on this thing to get my jawline to get slimmer but no, don't do that. You're supposed to lay it on top of your tongue and are supposed to suck on it and put pressure against it against the roof of your mouth. If you watch the video, it's very helpful and you will get what they're saying and it's quite easy after that. I've only been on the lowest/thinnest one and it's been working great. It's sort of unnoticeable after awille. I know a lot of people complained about how small it is but if it were bigger, people will be gagging. These are great and comes with a nice compact case.

No directions, about choked.
These rings came with no directions, I had to look up a video on YouTube on how to use them. Once informed by the video, I was able to get them to suction to the room of my mouth. I will keep giving them a try, but I feel like these might be a choking hazard, as it has you putting them on the back of your tongue so close to your throat. Overall, interesting product I will try to stick with as the benefits seem to be great eventually.

No information or explanation of use whatsoever!
These โmewingโ discs came with absolutely no form of instruction, or explanation of any kind. (Which is as shocking as it is disappointing.) No one in business should expect a customer to guess on something like this! - Just, wow.

So easy to use
These are very simple and easy to use. From what I read and what I saw on youtube, the idea is to use these to exercise the muscles around our chin and neck to help smooth out and sculpt the jawline. Lots of information online but this is my first time hearing about mewing. After a few weeks, I can feel and see a difference, especially right under my chin area. It's not a huge difference but I'm going to keep using these and see what happens. It's such an easy and natural way to try to help my jawline. And the concept makes sense to me.
