I enjoyed this cook book
The recipes are delicious and easy to make. I change a few ingredients on some of the recipes, but other than that, they were all delicious. You will not be disappointed.

Great cookbook
I tried my first recipe although it didn't turn out as expected, all the ingredients were all in my pantry. Easy to find ingredients nothing too fancy or hard to find. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It seems her recipes are health conscious with low sodium but you can add more sodium without destroying the dish.

There's Good Eating in Here!!!
Well done!!! This book is a great way to eat healthy with FLAVOR and without feeling deprived of any particular food group. There is variety, and the tips to 'level up' and increase the nutrient benefit are helpful. No guess work. I wish I had this book when my son was younger, he's a picky eater and this would have offered me great tips on how to 'sneak' in more veggies. I'm looking forward to trying the desserts too. I've already recommended it to friends.

Book full of great recipes with swap out suggestions.
I was watching a new show, The Good Dish. Laila Ali was the guest Chef. After watching the show I immediately googled Chef Ali to find she had a book for healthier meals. I'm so happy and pleased that I purchased her book. Every recipe that Iโve followed has turned out delicious. I also bought her spices, but as of yet, have not used them. But looking forward in making more of her recipes using her spices.

Has great pictures?of recipe's but lots of strange ingredients though.

Excellent recipe book
Tried more than five recipes from this book, and each one produced superb dishes with raving reviews from my dinner mates. I'm looking forward to trying out a few more recipes.

So far I have only made the Cinnamon Carrot Maca Muffins but they are a hit with the whole family and one of my friends. I have almost every page flagged to try the recipes. Originally I had the eBook version of this, once I ate those muffins I knew I had to have the physical copy!! Shipping was fast and the book arrived in excellent condition.
