I truly believe Hearts Blessing was directed to me when I needed comfort and understanding of what my husband was going through. Her writing in the beginning states "I know why you are here". I truly believe she is an angel and I mean a real angel. Like another review I read here on this book, I read this almost daily to guide and comfort me. How was it I found this book when I needed it most...All I can say is thank you Hearts Blessing and thank you to her husband and son. Hearts Blessing fulfilled her calling to help us all who are shocked, saddened, and lost. It was time for her to go home after creating and providing the tool we needed. This book is the best for this difficult experience of the Midlife Crisis going on with your spouse.

I wish I had this book, because it’s very helpful to understand what midlife crisis is really about. The experience is horrible and devastating for those who are trying to understand what your spouse is putting their family thru. Great read and helps to understand the whys and what’s to come.

This book digs deep into the trauma and devastation that a midlife crisis can cause a family. But it goes into great links to describe with the midlife crisis. Spouses going through. it helps the left behind spouse understand their struggles and how they may be thinking or feeling along all of the stages they will go through.. but the Midlife Crisis spouse can help themselves out of it. A Must read if you want to survive it.

My at-home spouse (Husband) has been in MLC a long time. HB website has been my Go To. Every day reading at least one of her posts. When I became aware a book of her work had been put together posthumously by her Son I could not run over to Amazon to purchase it fast enough. Every day I read and re-read chapters. (Notice my very dog-eared copy) The peace and comfort ‘The Eight Stages of a Mid-Life Crisis’ has given me has been monumental. I am witnessing person after person after person on THS FB Forum find clarity, support and peace from reading this book. Many saying they read before bed and sleep peacefully for the first time since BD. I recommend this book daily to other Forward Moving/Left Behind Spouses of a spouse in Midlife Crisis. Whether you are standing or have moved on this book will help with your healing. My heart is full of gratitude to Hearts Blessing, her Husband and her Son.

This book is a must for anyone's partner who is unfortunately going through an mlc. So well written. This is the Bible of mlc
