If you are looking for a small-shop, hobby plasma table to make do-dads then this is for you.
Got exactly what I paid for, shipped well. The company's website and user forum for assembling and asking questions is TOP-SHELF! Everything worked out of the box, with no unpleasant surprises. The many online video tutorials where very well done, by both the company and is user's.

Great machine, but the Z axis servo roller bearings are very sloppy
This is a great machine, but I don’t want to return the entire machine to Amazon due to the Z axis assembly problem. The bearings on my Z Axis drive unit are very sloppy,.. the torch head actually wiggles left to right almost an 1/8 of an inch. I can see the bearings on the roller guides are loose to the roller bars and yet the bearing bolts are tight. There is absolutely a defect in the assembly. How can I get a replacement for the Z axis assembly without returning the entire unit to Amazon ? Thank you ! Update…. I’m changing my rating to a 5 star. This company has the best customer service ever. As with any complicated piece of machinery, there’s also a possibility that a glitch that can occur,.. they immediately walked me through all the adjustments they I needed to make and got my cnc running perfectly. Best customer support I’ve had in a long time !
