Incredible. Wasnโt expecting this.
I got the 5k for a 170wb high top sprinter van thatโs insulated but not very well. This heater heats it up no problem. Heater has 6 speeds, I use #3 to get it warm quick and #1 keeps it toasty inside even when outside is 17 degree Fahrenheit. I absolutely love this thing. On low setting, the two gallon tank it comes with lasts about 70 hours. You can set the temp for auto as well or set a timer so it starts up or shuts down. Perfect for pre heating before you return. Note: I did get some fuel line from a hardware store to complete install. Had it in two weeks now and so far I love it.

Altitude adjustment & auto mode
Love my 5K!! Does not have auto on/off, but thermostat works great! Ran TOO HOT on level 1 of 6. Put into alt mode. Output temp changed from 205 to 140!!! Now don't have to leave window open. Uses L6 to warm up, so have alt off, when warm, alt on. * + OK. I like auto 22C, with alt on, in my semi. -David 201

Missing parts
In order to use the T for output air you need 6 hose clamps and you only get 4. The fuel line is a bit sketchy, you have to use rubber hose, provided, to use as an adapter from connections with the small white fuel line inside the rubber hose. I would think since the hose is not flared there is a possibility of leaking.

Will not cycle on and off
Makes alot of heat But it will not cycle on and off with the set temp It only runs constantly

No alpine option, No manual advanced settings menu, great remote & manual
ad is misleading, looks like alpine mode, but no! tech support emailed back, ok if used under 6500 feet, we'll see, I'm at 5300 feet. Quiet, excellent accessories, even white nylon tubing. Black remote is rf so works long distances. With $20 off coupon comes in under $100, great deal

Money saver for a trucker.
I used this diesel heater for my semi-truck, easy to install and kept the cabin hot all night long and its way economy and energy saving, it use about 3/4 Gallon for the night way saving diesel and environment than keeping the truck running all night long.
