IMPACT 16" Lighted Give Thanks Pumpkin Thanksgiving Window Silhouette Decoration

I bought this to go outside in the V part of my roof's gable, and the box said it could be used outdoors. When I pulled it out of the box, I was doubtful how it would hold up using it outdoors because the lights are mounted on cardboard. I live in San Diego, so I don't deal with snow; but with the El Nino this year, we did get some rain. Now the lights don't work at all, so I will climb onto my roof today to see what happened. I am interested to see how the cardboard held up; but since water and cardboard don't usually go well together, I'm not expecting to see great things.I gave it two stars instead of one because it does look nice. You do have to be within about 20 feet of it to see what it says, though. I would recommend this for a window indoors, but I definitely would not recommend it for decorating outdoors.

This sign is not a clear greeting in my window.....you see the lights but hard to read the greeting at night

It's ok. I will use it, but will definitely surround it with greenery or something to reduce the cheap look. Make of cheap material, foam and printed. Few lights for less than perfect glow. Certainly hot my best holiday purchase and would have sent back, but the message was the important part.

The lights are very dim and it is barely readable from the sidewalk looking up to our second-story windows very disappointed

Was great! Used to combat neighbors who put up Christmas decorations to early!

This light is a great reminder for all year around! Of course, I put it up for Thanksgiving (right after the Halloween decorations came down. It is white on the back--the lovely colors and words will not show in a window when viewed from outside.

Worked great and was bright.
