Bundled SIM deactivated on day I purchased watch
The watch seems to work well enough, but on the day I purchased the watch (and after a lot of mucking around) I was informed by EE that the bundled SIM had been deactivated. Rather then getting £10 credit, I had to pay £10 for a new SIM (the minimum credit balance).On initial use, the phone won't activate until fully charged - in my case this took 3-4 hours.But once charged, and a functional SIM is added, I'd say the tracking works well, the safe zone function works well, the Android app is decent and makes setting up the watch straightforward. Calls can be made from the watch (to the pre-set numbers), although as you'd expect this uses the battery up fast - so really to be used for emergencies, or essential things.

EE sim deactivated get a new sim and it works fine.
Got it for my 6 year old little terror, she loves it.The bundled EE sim does not work.Went to tesco got a 10 pound no time limit o2 sim pay as you go and it works fine, loud ring, good speaker, good tracker, dependent on signal strength the tracker is ok. Instructions are a bit vague.

Unreliable
I have two watches and despite my children being in the same location in the UK, the watches don’t show them as being. The replies from Pingonaut waffle in about how the triangulation depending on signal strength, and miss the point that the watches show different locations. The app is great, but I cant ever trust it.

it is a great watch and he loves it
I purchased this watch for my nephew's 6th birthday present, it is a great watch and he loves it. It is a great present as it has added a sense of security for his parents as he is mischievous little boy. Easy to set up with a brilliant app. Another good security feature is that watch can only be turned off from the app on your phone after setup. KJ

This product is awesome. I bought this watch for my son who is 6 and he loves it. You can put 3 numbers in the phone, the telephone function is great! I can locate him wherever he is (it's got GPS built in) it's fast. The app is easy to understand, the design of the watch is great. Friend, family and grandma like it as he calls her. It's secure the hosting is in Germany. I recommend.
