Perfect
They worked amazingly well. I was worried that since it was plastic it would be hard to pop the chocolate out but that came out perfectly

Great quality and easy to use
Love this mold. First it was a challenge to extract chocolate from mold but I used the same techniques I used to make chocolate bottle. Useful tip: cover each half with chocolate, let it stay in freezer for 10 minutes and then repeat process. You can even do that 3 times. I did it twice. After covering with chocolate second time, I left it in freezer for 30 minutes. It came out easy. I put inside small chocolate dinosaurs and glued one half to another with chocolate. Works perfectly with milk and dark chocolate.

DO NOT BUY IT
DON’T EVER BUY THIS PRODUCT. WASTE OF MONEH AND TIME. IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE THE CHOCOLATE FROM THE SHELL AND MUCH SMALLER THAN IT APPEARS TO BE. I PUT IT STRAIGHT TO TRASH AFTER STRESSING MYSELF OUT WITH IT! DONT BUY, DONT BUY, DONT BUY!

Takes time to get used to
I’m not a professional chocolatier, but after some trial and lots of error, got it to work! As others have mentioned, I let the melted chocolate cool down a bit before putting it in the egg. I also filled it 3/4 of the way and let the chocolate fill up the sides then lightly tapped out the remainder. I also cleaned up the edges so it wouldn’t spill over. If it was covered sufficiently I put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, until it was cloudy on the outside which tells me the chocolate pulled away from the mold. I lightly tap it on the counter and it comes out! Had a ton of issues when I put the chocolate in right after It was melted. Also tried painting the egg but that didn’t seem to work for me on getting it out. For those who don’t know, you do need to get specific melting chocolate, not chocolate chips which don’t melt very well.

Easy to use!
The media could not be loaded. This is very easy to use! Make sure to clean it with hot soapy water before you use it, make sure its completely dry. Be diligent on not putting any finger prints on the inside. Also, temper your chocolate/melting candy. It needs to be cool to the touch before you put it in the mold to set it. If you dont do these things, your chocolate/candy will stick! I dusted the mold with gold luster dust, and used green melting candy to create a dinosaur egg! I love it, its super cute! (Dont mind the super cute doggo in the video) I had to fill the one side to about 3/4 full to be able to coat the inside of the whole mold. I have plans on making a nest of eggs filled with candy for my 3 year olds dinosaur birthday party this weekend. Ill update with better pictures of outcome

Mold worked just fine!
I don't know why the other people that had negative reviews had such an issue with this mold. I had ZERO issues! I put melted chocolate in and put in the freezer for like 8-10 minutes and turned it over onto the counter top and barely gave it a tap and it fell out. I love the detail this mold gave my chocolate. I would definitely recommend.

Kinda pricy but sturdy
I used these to make a gender reveal bathbomb and it was PERFECT! I had to freeze it for it to stay in shape but it was super resistant I was afraid it would crack
