Beautiful color easy to trim.
Overall for on a budget and want a quick esthetic fix, it's a great product. We had to fill in our grout lines on the original tile to make a smooth surface before laying it down. It's easy to cut with good sturdy scissors.

Use more glue for wall applications.
I used these for an accent wall behind a wall mounted TV. They worked pretty well, but they are pretty heavy and extra glue was needed to counteract the effects of gravity for this application. On a floor gravity works in your favor, so more adhesive would probably not be needed. There was a black goo on some of the tiles… probably the adhesive and black backing. It wiped off most tiles with dry paper towel. Had to use Goo Gone on one and it didn’t mess up the finish of the tile.Overall happy with the effect. Also, they were easy to cut with a utility knife.

Good tiles just need strong glue
These look really nice. I used to live in an older house in Denver (1860) so wanted to add some tiles in the bathroom and these matched the style of the house. Only thing I would do differently is probably to get a glue can and add more to it because the adhesive is not too strong

Beautiful tile, spotty quality
We love our beautiful, new floor as we finally completed it, but the installation process was rife with problems. First and foremost, the the black graphic pattern printed on these tiles was noticeably misaligned (up to 1/4") from tile to tile, especially between boxes but often even within the same box. There are weasel words on the box trying to convince you that this doesn't matter, but know that if you order just enough tiles for the job you will not get clean, nicely-aligned results as shown in the product photos. Despite our best efforts, our first try resulted many misaligned tiles similar to those in the lower left of my picture with this review. We wound up tearing up our first installation and starting over with new tiles-- a mess, as the adhesive residue had to be removed with GooGone, then the GooGone residue removed with full-strength SimpleGreen as a degreaser. Our solution was to order 2x to 3x the number of tiles required, and carefully test-align edges of each and every tile (in groups) before peeling off the backing. This approach would only be advisable if your spouse had firmly fallen in love with this particular tile pattern and integrated it into the larger room design, and of course if the cost of floor tiles were a minor concern in the grand scheme of your remodeling project. The results, as you can see, were mostly good. (And now we theoretically have lots of spares, in case of future damage.)Also, the reject ratio for these tiles was pretty high; 2 to 4 tiles per box of 20 had major blemishes that prevented their use, except perhaps along an edge (where the defect might be cut off) or under a cabinet or fixture where it wouldn't be seen. Order more than you need, in any case.Definitely seal the subfloor, per instructions on the tile box. We chose a latex floor sealer that turned out to have a sandy surface, which we had to laboriously power-sand down to get a smooth surface. As with most peel-and-stick tiles, once a tile is stuck down firmly you shouldn't pull it up except to throw it away; the adhesive won't come up evenly and you won't get good adhesion. Did I recommend ordering more tiles than you need, just in case? :-)Finally, once you're done, seal the seams. Any peel-and-stick tile will have some adhesive exposed on the edges, eventually collecting dirt and dust that's a challenge to remove. Plus, sealing can help with any edges that don't quite stick firmly. We used two tubes of Infuze clear vinyl seam sealer for our 50 sqft. installation. It's not really meant for peel-and-stick tile, so contrary to the directions on the tube, don't peel up the edges of your tiles; working with a few tiles at a time, just apply a bead to the seam surface; let it settle in for a minute or three; squeegee up the excess with one of those blue, flexible caulking tools; then carefully use denatured alcohol on an old T-shirt or paint rag to clean up the last bits from the tile surface without letting the alcohol seep into the seams. This sealer dries like soft, clear silicone, so any residue remaining on the tile surface after it dries can be easily rubbed/crumbled off with fingers or a gentle, plastic scouring pad. (We used Golden Fleece.) Just be careful not to gouge it out of the seams that you were trying to seal.Other products mentioned in this review, available on Amazon:Infuze Universal Vinyl Seam SealerGRIVER 5-Piece Caulking Tool Kit,Caulk Finishing Tool Kit (5-Piece Caulking Tool Kit)Golden Fleece (Chore Boy) Scrubbing ClothsDenatured Alcohol

Do not stick so an alternate adhesive is necessary
I love how these tiles look when finished. I like the pattern and the way they shine. I like that they come in a box of 20 so one covers more area than other brands. I like that installing them was fairly easy. I dislike that they do not stick properly and need an alternate adhesive. I dislike that they have little red spots in certain areas not shown in the pictures before you purchase. I dislike that they become bent and misshapen quickly and easily, so they have to remain lying flat because it only takes a second for them to become misshapen.I would recommend this product with an alternate adhesive.

Tips
This seems to be a good product but be advised that some of the tiles may have minor defects or damage. This shouldn’t be a problem since you have to cut some to fit. Good rule of thumb is to plan for 20 % waste. The directions tell you to turn the tiles until you find the best design match but there is a simpler way. Pay attention to the letters printed on the backing paper. If you place all in the same direction as indicated by the letter position (right side up; on side, etc) they will be perfect.

Almost perfect
I would give this five stars, but the corners of a few of the tiles were damaged. Otherwise, this is a beautiful retro project.

The perfect addition to our bathroom
I have been looking at peel and stick to go over our existing dingy tile. This was the perfect match for my green vanity. Fairly easy to install, if looking for a permanent option, I would suggest using adhesive when you lay the tiles down, but it works for us! I have an indecisive mind and if I decide to change my mind in a year or two, it should be fairly easy to remove. Beautiful for being on a budget!

they have a persnickity quirk
to my mind's eye they look like they should just all match up to each other in every direction...nope, it isn't like i needed to order more so don't freak, but you really do have to turn them again and again to see how they want to line up. i had a small space for them and got what i needed for it, but it is something you should be aware of if they start to look cranky - just turn them a few times for cleaner lines. paper peels off easily and they so far have good holding power. picky optics took me by surprise so i just wanted to give you a heads up on that - they are not just peel and slam down without looking is all.

Read the instructions
Work great if you are able to read and follow instructions. If you're unsure if they'll adhere to whatever you're laying them down on, just sand the crap out of it and put down a coat of any primer (doesn't have to be the stuff they try to sell you). Cheap and easy way to refresh a small room, but i wouldn't recommend for a large room.
