I got this case to keep my needles from getting bent while traveling. I have adrenal insufficiency, so I have to keep an emergency steroid injection on hand at all times in case I am severely injured or in a situation that would induce shock in a person. This case has a durable hard shell. You COULD force it to bend, but you would have to really do so intentionally, so this case is perfect for holding my kit in my purse and travel luggage. I am able to fit one solu Cortef vial, two syringes, bandaids, alcohol swabs, and a note from my doctor in the case. I recommend it to my fellow adrenal insufficiency/ Addison’s disease patients!

Holds a few vials, A few hypos, (still in their packages), alcohol wipes, etc. It's a great zippered case with fairly firm sides, but it's not a "cooler."
