Completely satisfied with this case, only a few cons
I bought this case back in July after buying the Air 3 because I did not like their generic shoulder bag. It arrived super fast and in good condition, undamaged. Here are the specifics:Pros:-The case is very lightweight, easy to lock and unlock, and has a metal loop on both sides for keyed locks.-Slim and compact; Fits in the back floorboard of my truck and does not slide around.-Removable pre-cut inserts to customize your storage options.-I like the holes for the control sticks and SD cards. the slide-through holes in the middle for the batteries, and the sticker-backed adhesive on the bottom of the foam to keep the base from sliding all around.Cons:-No additional options for customization or size.-Single-size case for multiple platforms. It would be nice to buy a single case with options for more accessories already built in without cramming everything in the provided slots.I cannot find too many bad points about the case other than that I don't have enough room for everything to fit in one case. After having it for almost a year, the option for a larger case (wider across the locking side) to fit the 3 bay charge ports in the bottom section with more room. It seems like the middle layer of foam pops up a little bit and then if you put something slightly oversized in the middle, the top foam sticks up above the lid rim. I have the NG lenses, the wide-angle lens, and the strobe lights. These have no home, then if you stick the provided case in the bottom section it slides around. Leaving the batteries in the chargers and laying them down, and putting them upright in the top foam is the best option for maximizing storage. I noticed the batteries tend to discharge faster while inserted in the charging hub and add to the foam sticking up further. Ideally, if the case was a little taller and wider by maybe 8-10 inches, there would be more than enough room for lots of additional accessories, including the goggles and the DJI Motion controller.

Great fitment and protection
The case is incredibly sturdy, offering great protection for my drone and accessories. The interior has custom foam padding that fits everything perfectly — from the drone and controller to the extra batteries and props. It’s well-organized and ensures that everything stays securely in place, even when traveling. The waterproof feature is a huge plus, especially for outdoor shoots, giving me peace of mind knowing my gear is safe from rain or accidental splashes. The handle is comfortable, and the latches are strong and secure, making it easy to carry and access my equipment.I was able to fit this case into a backpack for some motorcycle rides and it kept everything in place perfectly. I also have a Firehouse Arc V mounted on my drone and while it is a tight fit with it on it does still fit.

Not designed for the Air 3S, but it will work - read entire review
I bought this for my new DJI Air 3S with the RC 2 remote. I had to cut a portion of the styrofoam out for the aircraft to fit, which it says you have to do in the description. However, once you cut it like they say, the aircraft isn’t as snug as I’d like it to be. The bottom layer is for the battery charging hub and extra batteries. I removed the styrofoam section for the charging hub, and again, it’s not as snug as I’d like it to be and is a little higher than the bottom styrofoam section. I took out the styrofoam pieces for the battery storage on the bottom section and store my extra propellers there. There is room for 4 batteries on the top/middle section, but unless you have 5 batteries, you have two empty slots. There were some extra styrofoam pieces, but not for the areas were they could be used. The RC 2 controller fits where it is designed, but again, is not snug and more of a universal area for several different types of remotes. Overall it will do the job, but for the price I don’t think it’s really worth it. I think it would be worth it if it were priced at $49.99.Edit: I received an email from the seller through Amazon. The seller/manufacturer wanted to make it right and told me to reply ‘Full refund’. However, the email is a no reply email from Amazon. I appreciate the seller/manufacturer wants to make it right, but they need to find a better way to respond than through a “no reply” email through Amazon.Update: I have received a couple of messages from the seller since my review. They were able to explain why they say it’s compatible with the Air 3/Air 3S with some minor modifications. Even though it isn’t 100% to my liking (drone snugness) it will work. The reason for the updated 5-Star review as to my initial 3-Star review is based on several factors. First, the case is well designed, but not an exact fit for the Air 3S, but it will work. Secondly, SYMIK’s customer service is far beyond any other seller I have ever dealt with on Amazon in over a decade. They were very responsive, professional, addressed my concerns and went above and beyond. They advised me they would issue me a refund within 1-2 business days, and that I could keep the case if I chose. In the future, I will check to see if STMIK has the product I’m looking for before I buy from anyone else. Well done STMIK. You’ve got a lifelong customer here.

Very nice case with a few negatives.
Not as good as a Nanuk case but a fraction of the cost. The shell seems very robust, the latches are excellent, but the foam wasn't glued down and the main insert pulls up all the time if I don't hold it down when removing items. This allows items to fall under the insert and then requires reorganizing the contents. Such a simple thing, they really should have managed this. Even so, if I remember to hold down the foam, this case works perfectly. The cuts are good, the space is organized nicely, and there is enough space for essential items. I still have to carry extra bits in another box but I do that anyway on all jobs. Price/performance is good overall.NOTE: the price on the smaller version (my purchase) has dropped considerably while the larger version is now three times that price. If I had paid the current price, I think I would have rated this 5 stars.
