Inspiring, and amazing tasting food (if you follow the recipe!)
Lots of detailed recipes, but if you follow them, as they are written, the results are terrific. Accurately sticking to ingredients, measurements and directions are all you need to cook like Tom and others.

Good, real food!
Tantalizing food meant to satisfy. Responsible recipes for all gatherings. No foolishness, just tantalizing food to grace any table.

Not really user friendly
Reminds meOf someOf the first books that Gordon Ramsey brought out - not really designed for the average “at home “ cook.Requires too many obscure ingredients for too many recipes to make it a “keeper .”

Great book.
I like Tom Kerridges books as they're easy to follow have good recipes with step by step guides on ingredients and how to put the dishes together. Simples! There's good photography too. So what's not to like.
