Have a 32 year old Trane SE1000 that failed to start for the first time (amazing). Replaced both start and fan capacitors (both in bad shape) but still couldn't get the compressor going. Ordered these with low expectations assuming the old compressor was seized hard. To my surprise it fired right up! Allows time to evaluate a replacement system and have it installed off season. Simple to wire in if you know what you're doing and take the appropriate precautions; YouTube is your friend. Can't speak to the quality of components given the aggressive price point but it's only a short-term fix given the age of the unit. Going with a full 5 stars as I can identify no discernible faults.
