Delish but hot🔥🔥
Perfectly delicious sauce to add to any beef, chicken, or fish dish. Maybe a little too spicy for a mild palates. My GF became a believer!! She had her doubts but San-J won her over. Will be buying again!!

Broken Bottle ~ No Refund Available
We love this sauce, it adds a great taste to stir fry's & other dishes. Like others have commented, one bottle came broken and it was a mess. It was thrown in a box without proper cushion. Beware, Amazon doesn’t provide refund or replacement. Go elsewhere for this it item.

Simply delicious! I'm not a huge heat/spice person, but this has just the right amount of heat without being overbearing. It's a tad pricey, but you don't have to use much to get your desired taste. This product came quickly and in perfect condition! I'm hooked and now have sought out their other sauces everywhere I go, and they are all just as equally good. If you are looking for a quality-tasting, "diet"-conscious sauce line, I would highly recommend this brand!

Great For Fried Rice
I've been going to a take-out Chinese food shop for close to 30 years now. Mainly for their Szechuan fried rice. I have never been able to find any other place in my area that prepares this rice. They are now about 20-30 minutes away from me, which makes it close to an hour's round trip. Because of this, I have been trying for years to recreate their recipe. San-J's Szechuan Cooking sauce has helped me get the closest to that restaurant's recipe. Gives the rice a nice flavor, without being too spicy.
