Solid pair of levelers. These levelers can raise the ladder reach by about 1 foot, which made a big difference in my project. Make sure you select to buy a full pair of these levelers, not the cheaper 1-side leg version. These levelers are a great value, especially on a multi-position ladder like Werner MT-22, where it also increases the stance slightly - always a good thing. Levelers and brackets are made of steel, all the weldments look like quality welds. Included hardware is metric, nuts need 10mm and 14mm metric wrenches. Screws only need the included allen hex wrench. Use the bracket as a template for drilling. Double-check proper direction and placement of the bracket. Use a center punch to scribe the positions of square holes and mark drill hole locations, then drill small pilot holes first, perhaps 1/8 inch. Then drill 15/64 inch final holes and deburr the edges. Included bolts fit perfectly. Don't forget to install the included washers! Tighten the nuts. There will be some bolts and a washer left over - there is more hardware generously included than needed, to accommodate different ladder leg thicknesses. Compared to the newest sophisticated and expensive Levelok levelers with side stabilizing extensions, these levelers offer great savings and about the same practicality on Werner MT-22 ladder (wider stance, a foot taller ladder). They are heavy, so it is best to have the levelers detached from brackets when carrying the ladder, but this is acceptable tradeoff for me, because they increase the usefulness and versatility of the multi-position ladder significantly, at the lowest price possible that I could find.

Easy install and heavy duty. A must have for unleveled ground.

Bolt that supposed to hold the weight of the ladder and operator broke as I was putting it together. I don't think it's very safe and don't feel comfortable to use it. Returning it.
