I understand paying more for a premium product but the cost of this per pill seems a little out of line... $1.50 a pill. That's $1.50 a day ... That's like an item from the dollar store :PIn general though these work great. I take biotin for my hair and thin nails and I switched from my regular biotin to this one without any gastric upset. They were OK to swallow but not the best. I know others found these easy to swallow but I had the exact opposite result. I found them so chalky that I had a hard time getting them down even with large gulps of water. I started out trying to take them with my other supplements but I ended up having to take them individually just to make sure I could get it down. a couple of times I ended up just having to chew it to swallow it. I didn't necessarily directly see results from taking it, and I did take the whole bottle, However, I may have seen better results if I had continued but swallowing it was very difficult.

To me these pills are easy to swallow and tasteless. I do take this supplement with orange juice so it could be impacting the taste, I'm not sure.

These pills are easy to swallow. I have taken high-dose biotin like this at various times in my lifeto help with the growth of my nails , which sometimes need the help. It seems to work.Biotin is usually derived from animal products, so I like that this one is vegan .Taking megadoses of biotin may interfere with the results of certain blood tests, so if you are having blood work done it might be wise to lay off the biotin for a couple of days beforehand . Biotin doesn’t accumulate in the body so it should clear by then.This supplement seems to cost significantly more than most other vegan biotin supplements, but is still probably a good supplement.

These supplements are like others but they look very fancy in the branding. They are very aesthetically pleasing, and also pretty expensive. This makes this product very photogenic and marketable. I could see myself doing a video review of these products and them appealing to a wide audience.

These are sizable and a little chalky(I needed a second sip of water to get it down), but the quantity of biotin is great and the added calcium is a nice bonus. Pricey for a 30 day supply, but the packaging is attractive and the fact that they're vegan may make them worth the premium price.

I made the mistake of chewing them instead of taking with water 😬 as I thought that they were chewable 🤦🏻‍♀️. I took these with food as well.These supplements contain an amazing amount of Biotin (10,000 mcg) and calcium (71mg) with promises of healthier hair, radiant skin and even improving brain function! I used to take Biotin daily and saw benefits within a few weeks. My hair and nails grew a lot longer and faster compared to when I wasn’t taking Biotin. Obviously supplements are subjective, but I feel that these will work. I’ve been taking them a week so haven’t noticed a huge difference, but will update in a few weeks.
