Great customer service and stand by their product
EDIT/ UPDATE: Eitpaw reached out and is sending a free replacement, there is a one year warranty and they stood by their product. Once they contact me they were quick on correspondence, professional, and friendly. If you are considering this product, BUY IT. It was easy to assemble and the temperature/ steam was perfect.Bought for my boyfriend as a christmas gift and it worked really well when we opened it so we threw away the box.... Less than a month later, it doesn't work and Amazon requires us to use the box to return it.

Need tools to put together
The poles that are supposed to go together do not needed to get my drill out and open the holes bigger on the poles

Great product for the price
This was very easy to set up! I followed the pre heat instructions. I start it as I am finishing up my workout, I see the steam on the little window and Know it is time to jump in. I sit in for about 20-30 mins get out feeling amazing! So far this is a great buy at a great price.
