I'm 5'11" 185lbs and wear a large (waist size is 34). 2XL would probably be closer to 40+?

Q: Has anybody figured out a way to stop your phone swinging all over the pockets while running with wearing these running shorts for men?

I suggest a small Fanny-pack specifically designed for phones. In some cases, there is a very slick style that holds a phone and water bottle.
