Works really well, the different modes produce different types of workout and you can fone tune the intensity. It is quite powerful honestly, you wanna start low. You clearly see your muscles contracting, and observe the effects after a few sessions. It is easy to use, the spray bottle for water provided is simple and enough to create the contact. Not being sticky pads is super convenient but the trade off is that the belt does not 100% adjust to my body if I'm standing (I have to stay sitted and then I'm good). It fits great on my husband though. My only negative comment is that the manual we received was missing detailed explanation of the modes and their description. I reached out to the seller and received it in less than 24 hours. The manual is being updated, we received an incomplete version. I suggested they upload the new one on their listing in case you're missing it too. But here is a screenshot of the 6 modes of ever you need then too.

I’ve been using the Smiofo ABS Stimulator for about a month now, and I’m seriously impressed! As someone with a busy schedule, I love that I can pop this on while working from home, watching TV, or even during light chores—no gym required. The belt fits comfortably around my abdomen (and the included pads work great on arms and legs too), and the 12 different modes plus adjustable intensity levels let me start easy and build up. I usually do 15-30 minutes a day, and the contractions feel strong and effective—like getting a mini workout without doing endless crunches. It’s rechargeable via USB, holds a charge well, and the auto shut-off is super convenient. After consistent use, my core feels firmer, my posture has improved, and I’ve seen better definition around my midsection (especially when combined with my regular diet and occasional cardio). I was doubtful electroshock would work for muscle toning if not paired with actual exercise, but was pleasantly surprised. Using all the shocking bands in mode 1, increasing the intensity as I could handle it, and doing 2 sessions a day for 60 days caused a gradual toning of my arms and abs. During this time period, I didn't exercise at all. I was a skinny guy with no muscle definition anywhere. Using it, I didn't lose or gain any weight, but I got a nice and noticeable firming of the shocked areas. My gut shrank some, and the upper abs started to become visible. The best results are in my arms, they look like I actually work out now. I'd recommend alternating which way the arm shocking pads rest on your arms for each session, as they only get about 1/2 your arm, and if you don't rotate them, you might get nice definition on one side and not the other, which would look weird.

I just got this today. User manual?? The ‘user manual’ is simply 4 or 5 pages of what NOT to do with it and who should not use it. There is not one single word about how to actually use it, how it operates, not one. You are just meant to figure it out!? The 3 separate digital monitors will flash numbers for a minute but then go right back to zero. There is no timer setting as far as I can see. I don’t really have a clue. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with this thing at all. I’m a pretty smart gal but this one takes the cake. So I can’t tell you if it works or not as I’m completely frustrated with it, and it’s going back tomorrow. Waste of time. I’m not sure why they would think it’s self explanatory, it is not! Why would anyone sell a $70 product without a few words on how to use the thing is beyond me. 😵‍💫

Okay so I read the reviews before I purchased - from what I saw it had great feed back. I can attest to this - I am SHOCKED, honestly at the effectiveness. I purchased this for a few reasons, 1. My schedule is so busy, I’m always doing stuff and my jobs are both very physical yet I suffer from ailments galore. 2. I am having my second hip surgery this winter, and I thought it would be a good thing to keep my arm muscles stimulated while bed ridden for 2-6 weeks. 3. I’m getting married next year and the fear of losing my body this winter from surgery and not being able to get it back in time freaks me out. 4. It was an excellent prime deal and reasons 1-3 warranted the deal! The quality, intensity modes, and the fact that there are so many different “exercise” patterns/modes is very impressive. Not only do I actually break a sweat, feel my abdominal muscles and arm muscles WORKING… my nerve pain has been so much better since I started using these! Almost like an intense TENS unit, but TENS units never have been able to help me. I wasn’t expecting to get pain relief from this, but I’m sure glad I have! The only thing is that I wish there was a way to make them tighten more, I have skinny arms and I’m just barely making it where it can get some Velcro after wrapping it to the tightest. The tummy one also seems a little big for me, maybe wish the fit was peaked more at the center of the belly. Regardless, I make it work. I use these several times a day. I’m honestly obsessed! Buy it!
