Although the item was not suitable for my needs, the customer service was swift and courteous in offering a refund for the item.

Paying £85 for this pillow, I really expected so much more! I did everything they said including putting it in the tumble dryer to fluff it up but there are sections of it that feel really hard and some the are way to soft- I don't think that the filling has distributed correctly or something and I am not sure what else to do with it! As I have really tried rolling it around to help. Returning it is not easy because it is about 5 times the size now that when I unboxed it. So not sure how to do that either. This really is too expensive to leave on the bed to look pretty!

I needed something to support me when I am watching TV or reading in bed. This is perfect. Firm and keeps it's shape when in use and with that plush fuzzy exterior. The handle lets me move it around easily. The little pillow is nice to tuck behind my knees or let the hubby use while we watch TV in bed. I can't speak for durability. But for now the stitching seems tough and as I stated, it keeps it shape when you lean on it.

Nice but ian 5 foot 2 and i find the back short a bit but ok ??

I bought this as an early Christmas present for my Boyfriend. This man would never leave his bed if he didn't have to . He makes his morning coffee and takes back to bed, where he sits and watches TV and check his e-mail and whatever. He loves this pillow. It gives him support and is comfortable. He really likes the leg pillow too.

We use in spare bedroom. It allows us to comfortably watch tv or read. Very cozy and soft. Pretty color of blue.

I am so happy with this product. It is firm enough to give you full support. The neck support is fantastic. One of my major problems is getting the right support for my neck. Great design. Great material.
