Good scale, works great with my Bluetooth and WiFi, simple setup.
Product is performing as advertised. I notice a lot of reviews about network connectivity issues, I did not experience any related to the product itself. However I run into an issue on my home router, I have it set with WPA2-PSK (which the scale does support) however when I used a keygen utility it produced a 64 character key. WPA2 standards allow up to a 63 character key. So when I was entering the key it kept preventing me from clicking "OK" for the network. I removed one character and the button become available. I simply shortened the key to 63 chars on my ASUS RT68P router. Once this was done it connected immediately and setup was a breeze, 5 mins maybe? It synced with my phone (Galaxy S5) right away as well via Bluetooth for initial setup. I should add that I did notice that the signal strength was not "excellent" on the app when setting up for the wireless, which I found odd as I had a wired Netgear AP within 10 ft of it, they could improve this aspect. Maybe a better set of batteries too? They come with some cheapo batteries included. Maybe try something meant to perform better in electronics like a lithium battery to see if it gives a better antennae performance? In the end it wasn't a big deal for my use but some users complained about range, which is usually poor placement or a poor router. My only other complaint was that LCD, I was hoping for something a little more detailed for $130 but I think it's mean to be retro looking like the rest of their device displays.Overall so far I'm pleased and it seems accurate from my use so far on a hard surface with barefeet (recommended but not required per Fitbit)

Very nice scale. Works as advertised.
I may be writing my review a bit early as I just received the scale today but here are my initial thoughts. I like the fact that it will sync to my Fitbit account and I don't have to manually enter my weight each time. I can weigh as often or a little as I like and easily keep up with my weight trend. You can also add additional users and so far, it seems to do a good job keeping up with who is who and not mixing up results. I have read a lot of reviews about people having lots of problems getting it setup and syncing with their accounts. I never experienced any problems whatsoever. I used my computer for the setup and had it up and running within 5 minutes. Just follow the steps. Build quality seems really good and the display is easy to read. I like the fact that it lights up making it easy to see in less than adequate lighting conditions. I chose the white model simply because I liked the looks of it better. Time will tell how well it holds up and works but so far I'm extremely satisfied. Expensive? Yes, but worth every penny to me.

No complaints after a week
It was easy to set up in under 5 minutes - you just add it on in the fitbit app as an additional device, and it does all the rest. The measurements seem accurate, compared to my readouts on various scales. It automatically sends the stats to the app and charts gains and losses. I'm happy I made the investment in this scale to help me stay more conscious of how my weight is changing with age, as I only really ever weighed myself sporadically and never tracked it.That said, the body fat reading is a little suspect - it had me at 37, then 33 the next day, both of which would qualify me as "obese," according to internet stats. I'm 5'6 and 140 lbs - 10 lbs higher than I'm used to, but hardly "obese." I've read that fat index readings on a bathroom scale only measure based on legs and butt, but I'm no Kardashian or anything. Reading the fitbit Aria 2 forums online, there seems to be a lot of discussion that this feature simply does not work, so I really don't know what to make of that.If the body fat reading is a glitch, I'm sure it'll be worked out in the software at some point. Otherwise, I'll still track what it gives me as a motivator, with a grain of salt.

Thumbs Up!
Easy to setup and easy to use. Quickly gives numbers for weight, body fat percentage and BMI. I don’t have any way of gaging the accuracy of everything, but the weight is definitely very accurate. It’s also fairly thin and pretty, so it’s no problem leaving this on the floor in an appropriate spot. The way it syncs with the FitBit mobile app is wonderful and helps to keep all of my health info stored in one convenient place. It was a little more than I’d planned to spend on a scale but it’s well worth it.

Worth the Investment, with an easy fix to its quark
So! You may notice from other reviews this scale is wifi capable BUT can be a bit of a goober staying connected or other issues like that.I had that problem too but after, calling the helpline (not so helpful) and getting bombarded with lingo I couldn't comprehend I tried something and had success. If you buy it and it has that frustrating issue of not finding your network, failing to connect, etc. Go into your wifi settings for your router and create a guest network (or second line) whatever you want to call it and the connect through that. regardless if you have super power wifi or mid-tier too many devices (which we're all guilty of) bogs down a connection and sometimes splitting up the work makes things more efficient! Our house has His network and Her network for our devices just to keep the signals going strong. In regard to the scale, I LOVE it. Its accurate and helpful and great when hubs weighs in and tries to lie to me about where he's at haha.

Works great.
All around great product. Only draw back is that I’ve been standing here for hours and it’s not making me lose any weight...

If You Have a Fitbit, This Scale Is For You
Ordered this for my mom to go with her existing Alta HR Fitbit tracker. She loves it! Yes, it may seem like an overpriced weight scale, but having it automatically sync with mom's Fitbit account helps her track everything in one place. That plus the body fat and BMI measurements are great for her to be aware of. Being able to add additional users to the scale is also a big plus and very easy to setup. I started using it to track my weight as Guest first, and now within a few weeks, I've got a Fitbit account myself where I'm tracking my nutrition and food along with the weight and body fat. Only reason I'm taking off 1 star is because syncing feel like it takes too long (in reality it's only a few seconds and doesn't really make a big difference, but with our consumer behaviour and expectations these days, it feels a sec or 2 longer than it should be). There also other scales that measure additional metrics like the resting heart rate, which would have been a great addition to this scale for the price. Perhaps in future versions. Overall, love it and very happy with it so far.

This scale is very accurate and was very easy to set up. It adds to the fitbit app to make it more complete and it is easy to track progress. For anyone who is trying to get in shape or lose weight this scale would be a worthwhile investment.
