Divoti Audrey Medical Alert Bracelet for Women with Free Engraving and Pearl Beads – Cherry Blossom Tag– Style and Size

This is a beautiful medical alert bracelet with what appears to be genuine baroque freshwater pearls. I did not experience the issue reported by a previous reviewer with mismatched colors. The engraved plate is rose gold color and so are the spacer beads. Shipping was fast, which is another bonus. Another plus: The bracelet is also true to length ordered when measured end-to-end.Now for the bad news: The description did not disclose that the material on which the pearls/beads are strung is nylon — almost like a semi-stretch bracelet. The nylon shows on either end of the lobster claw clasp. I planned from the outset to wear the plate on the underside of my wrist but if I had it face up it would really annoy me to see the exposed "fishing line". They should have squeezed in another spacer bead on the far ends of the bracelet to make the gap less noticeable but they did not.Above all, I am concerned that this bracelet will be prone to snagging near the lobster claw and eventually snap the nylon string. For a fashion bracelet I expect some trade-offs. But for medical jewelry Divoti really should have focused on materials intended to stay put in the event of an accident — which is when a product of this type this matters.As an aside, I wish this design had come in a two-tone option for white and yellow gold vs. the rose gold. Apart from my watch, I don't own much rose gold jewelry — but there was no option to order this in another color.I am on the fence about this piece and may ultimately contact the seller to see if they can offer a resolution given that nylon "string" is not a durable choice for medical jewelry. If the bracelet should ultimately snap — and I have reason to believe it will because I own other beaded jewelry on nylon strings that is sitting in my jewelry box broken — I suppose I can always hang the plate on a chain around my neck. Beyond that unexpected issue, I have a concern that the rose gold will ultimately wear off. I would have preferred a sterling silver option for this design.Overall, this is one of the more attractive medical bracelets sold on Amazon. If the pearls are indeed genuine it was worth the price paid albeit for fashion purposes not medical.

So pretty for a medical bracelet. Goes with all my regular accessories. Not obvious. Love it

I did not like the alert message it is to large. I love the bracelet itself, but it looks funny with the size of themessage

This is really pretty. My only concern is that the cord stringing the beads together seems fragile.

Bracelet faded before I got it on. 2 different color metals. It looks a hot mess with the 2 different color metals. Save your money!
