NOT universal.
I thought that this would fit most of my machines as they were listed as compatible. However, I have 4 sewing machines (2 brother-one older/one newer, singer older, Husqvarna/ NEW) and it did not fit any of them. Beware, the throat is very narrow. I would not even know which machine would even work with this product.

I like this sewing machine extension.
I like this a lot. Sturdy and easy to attach or remove as needed. Gives a nice surface to extend your sewing area.

wonderful for quilting
great surface to add to your Sparrow machine so your quilting is supported. Instead of trying to hold your quilting it is a smooth surface and fabric slips along easily
