Hopefully they are helpful.I did not want to order the suggested size because I thought no way I need it that big. All the other reviews had size or. Height, or weight but not everything. So I jumped out on a limb and ordered L, if it was too small, I'd just order 1 size up. Photos are from day 2 putting it on for photos and needing help removing and day 3 after 3 mile walk and fighting to take it off. I used a back scratcher to assist with removal. Hardest part was shoulders. Video shows the stretch and fit on me. I love the adjusters under the zipper. It did not unzip during wear. It was easy to put on , but tough to remove at the shoulders after sweating. Very lightweight and good quality fabric(30 year seamstress). I could bend and move freely. There was no bad smell out of the pack. First day I handwashed. Today its in the washer. I don't think I could wear daily without washing. The thought of sweat and dirt from previous wears would be 🤯.

I’m 5’0 about 145-150lbs. I’m tone in my midsection and have muscular legs. It’s kind of loose in the mid-section I think because I’m short, but it fit my thighs. I’m normally a small to medium. I was worried about the arms being too small from the reviews, but the medium was perfect. I think if you are on the petite end a small-medium will do. If you want it tighter, get a small. It definitely had me sweating instantly and it is very stretchy!

Wore it for the first time today. I loved it!Why I love it:- Quiet. Unlike traditional "garbage bag" suit this is quiet- Comfort. So comfy. During my 35 minute, I never once thought " I can't wait to take this off"- clasp at bust keep your girls supportedI had trouble getting into the suit but once I wash it, it relaxed a bit and it was much easier to get into it again. Will def get another one once I need a new size.

I love this workout suit. It allows me to sweat at the gym without everyone seeing my sweat. I know who cares you're at the gym. I love that it fits like a glove. Although even though, I was able to get it off on my own without wearing a shirt underneath, it is easier when I wear a shirt under it. I would suggest wearing one under it just for ease of access.

This WORKS! I started feeling the heat 5 mins into wearing it. I did a 1.5 mile run and came home dripping in sweat. If you do not take it off immediately you will continue to sweat even more.

This will make you sweat for sure! HOWEVER, I could not get it off! It literally was stuck to me. Had to cut it towards the shoulder area to get it off.

I'm 5,4 and 190 lbs, I ordered the 2x the first thing I did was try it on. And I got just like it should especially around the belly and thighs. I used the first hook before zipping it up I was a little worried because I have a g cup but once I got it zipped all the way up it was quite comfortable my boobs were in there and it was comfortable. It was a little loose around my lower leg thigh area because I actually have thin legs above my knee area that's why I need the sauna suit to get rid of the rest of the belly fat and upper thigh fat. All in all it was perfect

When first put on, it was tight and stuck to me like gorilla glue. But after moving around a lil, it loosened up. I was sweating 5 mins after wearing lol.Getting out of it 1st time was challenging lol, but the key is to pull at the suit to unstick ur thighs, pull suit up a lil, unstick ur sides/shoulders, then take off.
