Warehouse 13 - Season 3 [DVD]

Ok well first of all, THANK YOU!!! Last season every 'make over' of Myka was completely underwhelming. This time however wow! She looks like a different woman! Fabulous straightened hair, subtle make up, nice dress sense (unlike the previous unflattering too tight tops). So that was a good start for me. Now onto the important stuff. I really enjoyed this season! The shocker that made me cry. Lots of laughs. Even more fun! The only downside for me was the one episode in the past of HG Wells and the Rocket. I actually found that one rather boring. Other than that a really nice box set and now that I am onto season 4 i am already a little sad it will soon be over.Warehouse 13 is not in the same class as Fringe. But it is a definite easy watch and a lot of fun!

I like the comfy feel of this series. Yes i know that the series is somewhat formulaic and its not everybody's cup of tea but there is a certain old world charm about the gadgetry. It does strike me that some of the artefacts which the warehouse retains would be better being destroyed. However this is a minor point in a series where the relationships between the team that run the warehouse has been slowly built up.Each character has their own definite quirks. Will the two main characters get together or not is a long running tease but bearable. The addition of HG Wells to the team at times has been a great idea .If you like fantasy you'll probably love it even though HG Wells appears to be female !

I enjoyed the old characters, except for the fact that Joanne Kelly looks so different, that I had to check to be sure they hadn't substituted the actress. I didn't really think that they developed the new characters much, perhaps it because 13. episodes wasn't enough time, I'm pleased to see that series four has 20 episodes.I nearly missed one episode because it was hidden in the bonus tracks, so check those out too.Jo

Pete, Myka, Claudia and Artie, they are back for proberbly the best season of Warehouse 13 yet. If you have seasons 1 & 2 then this is a must buy. As the stroies get even better, the acting is perfectly executed. and at the end of each episode you can wait to see the next.The box is also cramed with lodes of Extras from the 2 Chirstmas Episodes and the websidoes that they did (of monsters and men)

If you have seen, and liked, the previous 2 seasons, then you'll love this one, which takes it up a notch. Its one of those, where you get to the end of one episode, and find you have to start watching the next, just to see what happens next.....Its a romp from start to finish.If you haven't seen the previous 2 seasons, then best to get them first.....Highly enjoyable....

Just as you get to like a US TV series they take it off the air. This third series developed the characters and introduced a couple more that added a new dimension. For me the subliminal history lessons surrounding the artefacts was as interesting as the humourous characters were funny.

This DVD set contains all of season three episodes, including the Christmas episode from Season 3, which was not included in the U.S. (Region 1) version. You do need to use a Region-free player (either hardware or software) to watch these, if you are not in Great Britain, but that was no problem. Quality is excellent, as expected, since these are produced by the studio.If you don't own Season 3 yet, I would highly recommend that you purchase this set, rather than the Region 1, so you can get the Christmas episode. Most people who seriously collect DVDs usually have a region-free DVD player anyway and if you don't, you can purchase one quite cheaply. Bing it.

I first started watching this after I was laid up for over a week & ever since I ve been hooked.It's just so different to what is normally on offer.If you like this, then you will love Eureka (another good series cancelled while programmes like "wooden acting Alphas" actually got a second series).
