Snopake 15304 MeetingMate Expanding 6-Part Organiser 4-Ring 25mm A4, Black

Not often I right a review, but this item deserves one. Item arrived promptly and earlier than the date given. Well packaged. Excellent, quality item. Certainly a bargain at the reduced price! Professional looking folio. Sturdy. Easy access closing/opening button/clasp. File section easily takes A4 sized documents (one being over 300 pages). Zipped mess pockets easily accessible, good zip fastener and handy to store smaller items - but allows me to see at a glance what I store in there! Quality ring binder; snaps shut. Has a sleeve behind the mesh pockets to house smaller/thinner documents. You can get up to A4 size within this pocket, but an A4 document will cover the piece of velcro used to fasten the overlapping plastic flap (this holds the file section closed). Each file pocket is divided with a strong, pliable plastic divider. Comes complete with index tabs - 2 strips - one numbers and one days of the week. This will be a really useful item for my work in the community.

At the price I expected to get a cheap looking folder but in fact its far from it. It looks good, seems well made and has just the storage facilities I need. There's a few minor issues - I don't feel it needs marking down because of them but it would be better if they were rectified. 1) the smaller net pocket is zipped at the side - it would be better if it was at the top. 2) the filing section has a space behind the last tab but if you put files in it they drop right through as it's not sealed at the bottom like the other slots. If a file slips down it makes it more difficult to close the folder. 3) it could do with being just a little more flexible - when its full it's difficult to close the clip on the front. As I said, these are minor gripes and for the money this is excellent value.

One of my most important office items.Comes with the transparently split organizer to the right of the picture, which comes with thick cards to insert, blank on one side, days on the other. This section Velcros shut which prevents the documents from moving which is nice.There are two zippable pockets with a strong flexible lattice. the bottom one is large enough for pens and pencils. There is also a flexible pen loop to the right of the included paper pad, for quick notes.The material of the external case is a very solid yet flexible plastic with a woven effect. It feels very durable. The latch which closes the Organiser is very secure and easy to work. The weight of the product is reasonably light.It should also be mentioned that the Organiser can expand a great deal and still close. I secure my 3 inch book inside it for storage.

I am really pleased with this purchase.I am a self-employed engineer and quite a lot of my work involves travelling to different companies for meetings/reviews and audits. I wanted something to use as an organiser, to take notes in meetings, and allow me to carry and collect documents and keep then tidily together.Although it is plastic, if has a quality feel to it, I do not think it will split or fall apart anytime soon. I have been using it for about a month now. .There are a couple of zip/mesh-front pockets where I carry business cards, memory sticks (USB), and other odds and ends. I find the filing section extremely useful - to separate groups of documents.However, one negative - it has no dedicated pen-loops for carrying pens, but they can be accommodated in a mesh pocket. I like the rings, and have put a few A4 plastic pouches inside the organiser also.I do not use this for long term filing, but before a day or two of meetings, I load this up with any specific documents I need. During meetings or site-visits I can file away any new documents I receive. Back at home I transfer these things to other storeage, and prepare this organiser for the next round of traveling and work.I have a similar product that I also use: Exacompta Exafolio Organiser Portfolio with A4 Pad and Zipped Pockets 6-Part Black Ref 55834E , I have not yet decided which one is my favourite.I find the Snopake useful, well thought out and good quality, and definitely value for money. Definitely recommended.

I must admit I ordered this with caution after reading the mixed reviews but it was the best prices product that did everything I wanted it to do and more.Some reviews complained about the front closure, I've had no problem with it, others claimed it was not well made... I think this will last at least a year and at the price they are compared to the likes of Filofax you can buy at least 3 of these for the price of one Filofax branded equivalent.It feels strong and durable, looks professional and has more storage than I can think of using. If your work takes you to customers homes this organiser will definitely help you look the part

Looks very cheap

I really liked the folder as it was what I needed but unfortunately the catch on the front for closing the folder that did not work and looked very flimsy too. On the plus side when I asked for a refund it was dealt with immediately so I was pleased that I wasn't out of pocket. They just need to improve the locking mechanism and it would be the perfect solution.

I got this to keep all my papers together when I became secretary of a club. It's excellent for that, there's a ring binder for minutes etc, pockets for documents, and a section for my notebook and pens. The document pockets will hold a small tablet too. It would also be great for keeping household documents together.

Parfait pour le travail

Ich benutze die Mappe täglich und finde sie sehr Übersichtlich. Man darf allerdings nicht zu viel rein tun sonst lässt sie sich nicht gut tragen, weil ein Griff fehlt. Ansonsten top!

Es perfecto, gran capacidad, resistente, y el material no esta nada mal. definitivamente fue una buena compra, lo recomiendo. Buena relacion calidad/precio

Wenn die Mappe aus Leder wäre, wäre sie perfekt (Fächeranordnung und -Anzahl, Grösse etc.). Sie ist aus Kunststoff und die Haptik entsprechend (etwas steif). In die Umrandung ist zu Stabilitätszwecken ein Stab eingebaut, welcher sich nach 2 Jahren Gebrauch nun in den Ecken herausarbeitet. Alles in Allem würde (und werde) ich die Mappe zu diesem Preis wieder kaufen.

Buen portafolios, con espacio suficiente, buena constitución y buena calidad de materiales. Cierre por medio de velcro, quizá lo menos funcional de todo. Buena compra en general.
