So far so good. 2 worked right off the bat for where I wanted them, the other two did not. After I tried them at other locations and they did work, I looked at how the other outlets were "sitting". The instructions that were included (with color pictures to boot!) got me most of the way there, but comparing the outlets did the final trick. Make sure the 4 screws (2 on either side, upper and lower) are screwed in most of the way and that should do it. Not too bright, just enough to light the hallway or counter below.

Can't beat the price on these and they do work. As stated by someone else you must make sure the 4 contact screws on the sides of the outlet are screwed in. Not doing this is probably why other people had problems. I also purchased the original called SnapPower for comparison. SnapPower is better only because it fits flush to the wall. This cheaper brand does not. It seems the plates are all slightly warped and leave a gap on the bottom side of 1/16" to 1/8". That's why only 4 stars.

These work well and the price is much better than I've seen in the stores. I have several around the house now and no longer need to take up a plug with old fashioned night lights. The light is bright enough to see where you're going but not too bright to be distracting, and the light sensor is better than any night light I've ever had. If you've been thinking of getting this type of night light give these a try. Just be sure to read the instructions to ensure you get a correct contact onto the outlet.

all 4 did work, but only on 2 of the outlets I have, if your outlet is not perfectly flush, there is no adjustment or springy tension to make contact. If the contact tabs were adjustable, it would be perfect, other than that, the output, function and look are an awesome idea and feature.

They work. Make sure all four outlet screws (both hot and neutral) are screwed in the same distance. Cover the entire outlet to test the daylight sensor, not just the little dot in the left lower corner.

I loved these but unfortunately they were the wrong shape for our outlets. I had to return them. Ut I am looking for ones that will fit my situation.

I love this product. Super easy to install. I love that itis sensored and doesn't need to be turned on/off. We used to use a nightlight which took up an outlet this way none is needed. Love it. Installing all over my parents house lol.

Light portion on bottom sticks out a little more than would like.
