Cocktail Shaker Set with Stand, Mixology Bartender Kit for Drink Mixing | Mixology Set with 7 Bar Set Tools Cocktail Kit

I’m pretty impressed with this cocktail set. It's beautiful. It comes with a rack to hold all the pieces, a shaker, tongs, a double-sided jigger, a muddler, a bar spoon, a bottle opener, and a strainer. All the basic tools to make a cocktail! The rack is quite attractive: heavy duty black metal frame, a black acrylic bottom shelf, and a top shelf made out of wood with holes cut out to hold the different tools. It requires very minor assembly of the shelves into the frame. The acrylic bottom piece still has the paper on it to protect it and it needs to be removed before use. All of the tools have wooden handles and look really nice with the wooden rack shelf. One tool had a loose handle but it just screws together and I was able to easily fix it. The strainer also has a tight enough coil to catch things reasonably well which I was happy about as some I’ve seen in these kind of sets have very loose coils that aren’t useful at all. The ONLY thing I do not like about this set is that it has a capped shaker instead of a Boston shaker, which I prefer. I’ll probably replace the shaker with one I like better, but for people who use a capped shaker, this set will be perfect just as-is.This is a quite nice item and would be PERFECT as a wedding gift or birthday gift for someone who loves mixing their own cocktails.

I was looking for a more complete bar set and saw a few tempting options, but they were all missing something. Bad color combos, missing a muddler, a shaker that wasn’t a pressure fit, etc. This one looked to have it all, and it didn’t disappoint.The shaker is a pressure fit, so it will work with some glasses in your bar. The jigger is marked clearly on the inside. The tools came a little loose, but they are easily tightened. However, the important point is you can unscrew the wood handle from the metal tool part for cleaning in the dishwasher if needed.The storage rack went together well with the hardest part being removing the contact paper left on from the machining process. At first I thought maybe it was left on accidentally, but by doing that they protected the finish.Overall a lot of thinking went into this set and it’s performance shows. I made my perfect martini (6:1) using a big ice cube and it held up well with no leakage, popped right open and the strainer snapped in perfectly. The pour was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed by perfectly mixed and chilled martini.I can recommend this set with absolutely zero hesitation. I am happy I didn’t go for a compromise set because, at least for me, this is the set to have.

I like what's included in this set, but packaging was not good so the rack got some scratches and they are sharp, and the ice filter spring came out when it arrived. I like how the ice filter, muddler, spoon and corkscrew heads can be screwed off for cleaning.

Has all the pieces you need for making an awesome cocktail but the bottom piece that everything sits down in is not black on the top like it should be, it’s definitely made upside down so the look of it is not how it should be.

This kit with stand is a great starter kit when deciding to make your own cocktails. The shaker preforms better than others, with the lid going inside of the cup. This helps to release the lid from the cup after shaking. The ice filter and corkscrew work comparable to others. The muddler works well, but the spoon could be longer. When you have liquid and ice in your cup, it can sometimes touch the wood on the spoon. The product image of "What's Included?" forgets to mention the tongs, which are great for transporting many items (ice, herbs, toppings, etc.). The jigger is great! It has multiple measurements marked inside of it, which helps learn the quantities. The bamboo stand has designated spots for each of those items, but they fit very specific since the bottom of the stand also has an ident for where the item should sit. The bamboo itself is freely sitting on the stand, which is great to remove when needing to clean the stand, but if you lean the stand too much, the items will all fall out.

This is such a nice little set! It came all with everything individually wrapped in its own bubble wrap bag, so nothing was scuffed or scratched. There is a cute metal holder with nicely finished wood inserts with cutouts for each bar tool. The bar tools themselves are nice, solidly crafted tools with very nice wooden handles. You could definitely leave this sitting out without it being an eyesore. It would make a great addition to a bar cart. And having the stand means you can keep everything together so that you can actually find all the bits to use them- we had everything scattered about in drawers and cabinets and you could never find what you needed. Shot glass? Could be with the regular glasses. Could be in the liquor cabinet. Could just be in the drawer of random kitchen tools. Now, it can just be in the bar tool stand. And it's a really good price- you can pay a whole lot more if you want to, but these are really pretty good quality, look nice and are definitely sufficient to get the job done.

To cut to the chase, this is an excellent cocktail shaker. I do not drink often; however, I recently found a recipe for a drink that I like and it calls for the drink’s ingredients to be shaken. As a result, I have been looking for a good mixing kit. This set likely has more pieces to it than I will need; but it is nice to know that they are there if the need arises.The mixology kit was packed with care and manufactured with excellent quality control. Each piece was individually wrapped…twice. Each piece of my kit was placed in plastic then bubble wrapped to minimize the chance for scratches to occur. This is a quality set that appears to not only look good, but is durable and built to last.
