Good product but gave my cat dry skin

Easy to apply and it didn’t upset my cat so presumably it smelled ok to her. She’d scratched her chin and continued to do so so it couldn’t heal. The wound showed improvement after one application and healed within a week.

I don't often give 1 star ratings, but this time it is deserved. Firstly, the package arrived with the lid half unscrewed and some of the product on the outside of the pot. Secondly, the cream is a weird green colour, not the white shown on the sales page. Thirdly, it doesn't work. I didn't realise it was supposed to be white until I checked back after giving up using it, so I tried for 3 days, because there were so many glowing reports. It had no noticeable effect. If anything, it made my cat want to scratch the area more. Fourthly, there is no list of ingredients, no medical info whatsoever.Maybe I was just unlucky as there does seem a lot of positive feedback, but this was not a good experience, and forgetting all the packaging and discolouration issues, it just didn't work.

Easy to apply worked after 2 doses. Anyone fond of squirming dogs.
