I never could get it to stop leaking.
I put on a new washer, tried it on two different hose bibs. Started at hand tight, leaked like crazy, gradually tightened it little at a time with pliers , it never would stop leaking. Started over with a new washer, no help.

Keeps pressure within 25-30psi as advertised but only if the water is flowing
It does keep the pressure within 25-30psi as advertised but it has a major flaw: once the water flow stops it vents excess pressure thru a small hole located in the base. If you plan to use it with an upstream valve, go ahead and buy it. If not, look elsewhere.

Plastic broke after I tightened it on a pipe.
