Lovely Item
The toy is lovely but we had an issue on delivery. The troll was not talking and just making a one tone sound. We arranged a swift exchange (excellent service) but the second troll had the same fault. I checked the batteries and replaced them in the second toy as I really wanted to keep it for my granddaughter and it worked. Looks like they have a batch of faulty or expired batteries in the toys I received.

Lovely little Troll
I’ve bought this for my granddaughter’s Christmas present. It has a pretty little face and although I missed out on the Black Friday deal, it’s going to make her very happy. It’s got lots of little things to amuse her and soft enough to cuddle.

In gewohnter hochwertiger Mattel Qualität erhält man hier ei tolles Set für Troll Fans. Meine Kleine ist begeistert räumt Ihre neue Troll Figur jeden Tag hervor und kann sich Stundenlang damit beschäftigen. Die wenigen Sätze die sie spricht sind auf Englisch, was ich nicht schlecht finde da meine Kleine einen Native Speaker Kinderhort besucht wo bereits viel Englisch gesprochen wird und ich auf jeden Tag neu überrascht bin wie schnell die kleinsten das lernen. Bei unserer sind zwar auch am ersten Tag einige Haare locker gewesen, nach dem ersten Durchkämmen hielt sich das aber in Grenzen und seit dem kein Haarverlust mehr. Über den Preis schreibe ich nichts der aktuelle ist nur als Platzhalter zu verstehen, im Netz wird diese Figur mit 38 - 49 Euro angeboten was ich auch in Ordnung finde. Zum Spielen sind 3 AAA Batterien erforderlich welche enthalten sind. 2 Hair Pops Figuren, 5 Haarklammern eine Spange und eine kleine Bürste runden das gute Gesamtbild ab. Die Stimme ist sehr gut hörbar, die LED's sauber eingearbeitet und deshalb gibt es von meiner kleinen 5 Finger, von mir 4 Sterne.
