Dear customer, Good morning from Japan and thank you for your question about Ishigami stonemill. My apology for late reply. About your question, stone mill is not designed to produce fine flowers and the particle size is depend on what grains you grin and their softness (with or without some moisture). So the information of particle sizes are normally not available especially in stone mill business. If you are planning to grind hard wheat (example ICW), this item may not be your choice. More likely, this mill is recommended to be used in grinding buckwheat. So if you are looking for some stonemill to grind wheat, I rather recommend you to use electronic type with very hard stone. My shop currently do not carry it, but it is mainly sold in Europe (or maybe in US too). I have very good knowledge and experience of selling stone mills here in Japan more likely in electronic type). So if you need more information, I would be more than happy to help you.
