I like these and do help when walking in shoes, particularly if you have heel problems

Used inside boots to help alleviate plantar fasciitis. They helped but quite tricky to get them to stay in position inside boots with furry interior.

These implants are too small for my shoes, and therefore move about as I walk. Disappointing.

Only been wearing them in my work safety trainers for 2 days, so can only say that they are super comfortable and so far, seem to be effective.Time will tell how effective they really are.

Put them in my shoes, and they are too narrow, so it feels like when you have an annoying stone in your shoe, and you need to get it out…. Lasted less than a minute before the headed to the bin.
