I am very fond of my black shin soups. This spice does indeed match the taste. I dont usually like a lot of heat, but with this I can control it nicely. I find using it in eggs, is soups adds a nice pit of kick. I even added it to my homemade mushroom soup! Very nice!

It is "tingly" spicy at most as far as heat goes, and it is relatively "light"; compared to similarly flavorful condensed soup/ramen pastes. If you like heavy flavors, you might want to use this as seasoning rather than your base, but if you like light flavors, then this is a perfect base for proteins other than lamb, beef, or goat (I don't know who is making Asian-flavored goat, but just saying).

After trying several other similar products, I was not expecting much from DanSoony. To my shock and delight it turned out to be pretty fantastic. If you've been looking for a ramen base that is truly hot and spicy, this product will not disappoint you!

Negative reaction to all meat products and shell fish allergy

I bought this expecting it to be an alternative to Shin Noodles spice mix but It’s literally the same as other Korean spices on Amazon except they just slapped a sticker on it that says DanSoonyI’m not sure why the rating is any better than the others?Other wise it taste okay.
