Effect on hair and high quality

It has now been a week since I've been taking them and I've had no issues with the intake.Good mix of Magnesium Glycinate and Citrate, spot on for not only the need of my body for this supplement, but also works for going to the toilet and against constipation - relief.No issues with size of this supplement and I just want to point it out I'm not taking them for hair benefits, but if it helps, it'll be a bonus.

I take magnesium daily as part of my supplement stack to avoid electrolyte issues when fasting. Taken in the evening it's also beneficial to improve sleep, and from personal experience I can confirm that's definitely true.The bonus here is that as a complex formula, it has a better absorbency. This is a really good option if you know magnesium works for you, a little pricey to try if not. The tablets are quite big but can be snapped in half, and the come well sealed. No negative side effects and a subtle relaxation effect. Overall this is a good option for high quality magnesium.

It has a notable benefit on my digestion and any other areas it supports is a bonus for me.This product is ideal as it contains a blend of the different magnesiums. It is a large black pill and may need cutting if you are someone who has swallowing issues, which I luckily dont have.I have been regular without having severe symptoms that one would get if taking Senna for instance. This product seems to just gently aid my digestion. This is one brand I would buy again.

The tablets are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one twice daily then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your magnesium needs.
