Excellent customer service
The build quality is definitely a step above traditional "some assembly required" vendors. Be warned that you'll need a drill for the larger sets like the XXL we purchased. The real star of the show is their customer service, handled by a gentleman named Marcus. One board arrived fractured in two places and within an hour of reaching out (after they were closed!) we had a new component on its way to us. Looks great, works great, and well supported!

Beautiful Bookshelf
Took a bit of time to put it all together, but it is repeating the same tasks over and over, so it got faster to do as it went along. Excellent quality and fast customer support. Looks fantastic.

Shelving unit quite solid, takes a while to build but fits togeather well and installation instructions clear to understand. Came in 6 parcels delivered over a few days as I assume was airfreight from Italy and parcels spread out in transit, but all well packaged. Very pleased with it.

Abbiamo appena montato la libreria che tanto ci piaceva in foto, ma di piú appena montata! Il colore è piu chiaro di quello che ci aspettavamo, nella mia cucina ci sono inserti in legno lievemente più scuro, ma sta comunque molto bene. Abbiamo preso la misura più piccola, ma è comunque abbastanza grande. È facile da montare, ci sono le istruzioni all'interno e ogni singolo pezzo è numerato così da poter seguire bene le istruzioni. Sembra molto resistente e arreda benissimo. Arriva con un imballaggio perfetto, 3 confezioni pesantucce, e nessun pezzo era scheggiato. Siamo veramente soddisfatti dell'acquisto!

Confermo e mi associo alle tante recensioni positive. Arrivata prima del previsto. Corriere gentilissimo. Ho ordinato una XS che viene consegnata perfettamente imballata in tre pacchi. Questa suddivisione è pratica perché i cartoni sono leggeri da spostare. Inoltre l’imballaggio multiplo agevola la preparazione al montaggio che è facile, grazie ad istruzioni chiare. La libreria è molto bella e solida. Bellissimo il colore e le venature del legno. L’ho posizionata in orizzontale sotto una finestra e ci sta benissimo. Anche la profondità è perfetta. Si presta a contenere oggetti decorativi o libri. Ho potuto riporvi anche dei libri molto alti che non entravano nelle librerie con ripiani standard. Ne consiglio l’acquisto.
