Out of the Box Gaming
How computer components have changed since my day! The product was delivered swiftly, very well packaged and came with all the boxes for the components motherboard/headset/keyboard/mouse. Having the Motherboard box and manual is crucial as they will provide the info you need should you wish to upgrade later. Moving on to what the PC is like then, so it's all simply plug and play straight out of the box, turn it on and because windows 10 is installed you'll just have to wait an hour or so while it installs its updates then you're set. Get some games installed and test it out. OK the onboard graphics card is a 'good' performer and will run high end games, however I did notice some frame rate issues on some games and I will probable upgrade the graphics card at some stage. Otherwise, this is a superb build, it runs quiet and the keyboard and mouse both have multiple light options so you can have colours to match your environment. I bought this for my Son for his 10 Birthday and it does everything he needs it to do, plenty of storage and enough RAM to run apps simultaneously, he's labelled himself as a 'gamer' and loves his new PC, wait until he finds out how good it is for homework!!

Good for some games but...
Well first of all it did not come with the game that was listed and be prepared to buy windows because it only comes with a trial version. The graphics are pretty good on some games like World Of Warcraft but dont bet on 100% smooth running oh high graphics with games like Ark. Also the listing states that a warranty comes with the pc but it comes with a sticker that states warranty is voided if it is torn so this makes it where if you remove the side of the pc to even clean the dust out of it or attempt to add anything to the pc it voids the warranty. Also it comes with your basic old school hookup monitor with vga not HDMI. I have had issues trying to run an HDMI monitor as well because it flashes on and off when pc starts up. So yes its cheap and it will game but you get what you pay for with the drawbacks. So would i recommend it ? Probably not .

Customer service, build and quality
My Fierce arrived over a week earlier than the expected delivery date - I live in France and was not expecting that. Straight out of the box and it quietly purrs in a fetching blue neon glow.I'll primarily be using it for Photoshop and Krita work and I know what hogs these programs can be on the processor - having loaded them up and played around I can see there will be no issues at all.The wifi adapter just slotted in and I'm clocking WIFI download speeds of 120 MBps.The kit came with a European power source and this is where I'm very impressed - the Windows 10 was installed as French as a default language. How thoughtful was that? (That I changed it into English is neither here nor there, just the idea that someone is actually paying attention to customers is fantastic).Looking forward to a happy 'Fierce' relationship.Highly recommended and absolutely faultless customer experience in both product and service.

Great gaming pc
Great pc for gaming, my son loves it. It is quick enough for him looks great. It is the first time I have bought a pc based on gaming and my only surprise was no speakers, I am so used to them being part of it I assumed they would be and I hadn’t gone for the one with the headset so after buying a headset it is amazing, still need speakers but I quite like it without... much quieter 😂I would recommend but have little experience, it has worked well for my boys for Roblox and steam games, they don’t play minecraft or fort nite so can’t comment on how it would work for that but nothing has happened to make me doubt it wouldn’t work on all games.Other child getting the same one in a couple of months for his birthday.

Unusable: Screen freezes and goes black
I just got it today and I have mixed feelings about this computer so far. It was easy enough to set up and when it works I can't complain, but the screen has been freezing and turning off, just to turn back on and become responsive again. Sometimes it doesn't turn back on and I have to force reboot the machine to get it working again. I don't know if there is simply something wrong with mine or whether it will persist, but so far I have pretty low confidence in it.If I didn't have this problem I would probably rate it 4 stars. I think it would be challenging to buy the individual parts and build it for less. It's very good value. I suppose they get some money from BullGuard, which is probably where they get their profit margin from. I'm a bit disappointed with the stickers that void the warranty if broken, because I was hoping to upgrade it with a discrete graphics card. Currently I can't even open the box to check if it has the power connectors required for the graphics card without voiding the warranty. I would also like to install an SSD, because the HDD is noticeably slowing down the system.Right now I don't know whether to keep it, return it, get it repaired or void the warranty and upgrade it. If I do void the warranty, I will update the review with details of how upgradable it is. I'm curious about what happens when running non-activated Windows, so I will stick with Windows for a while, but my plan is to run Linux on it. If I do install Linux I will update the review with how Linux friendly it is. If the freezing disappears, I might increase the rating.Update 1: After updating the drivers, the freezing hasn't happened anymore. Let's hope it stays that way.Update 2: It was working fine for a while, but now the system is unusable. When the freezing happens in a game, the game doesn't recover and you have to kill it and start it again, which means that you lose any unsaved progress. Currently, the freezing is so frequent that I'm not even able to start a game before it freezes.
