Just as enjoyable as the rest of the series. Can’t wait for the next one.
I have read all the previous books in this series and enjoyed every one. A good mix of the fight of good against dark, human and paranormal love interests. Well written with a good pace to the stories. I’m almost sorry to reach the end of each book.

A great addition to the DWA world!
A solid 4 and a half stars!!If you are after a fast-paced, action packed read this is definitely for you. I have read all of the DWA books and enjoyed this one immensely. The chemistry between Dante and Chloe builds through-out the story and although I didn't like Chloe as much as some of the other heroines, she was a great match for Dante. I would recommend this to anyone who has been following the DWA from the beginning, and for anyone who has not started this journey your really should as they keep getting better.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

A bit disappointed
I had been eagerly looking forward to reading Dante’s story and sadly , this book really fell short . I couldn’t find any redeeming qualities in his Fated Mate Chloe, she came across brash and just ... bleh. She was very two dimensional . The story itself felt like it was on steroids, everything was rushed , and hurried . I am still unclear as to why did Chloe become a fallen . I loved Dante’s character in the previous books and his book should have delved more into his past , present and evolvement .

Strange
The story between Chloe and Dante was excellent - I liked the premise and the characters grew nicely. But there is a second story about Hayden that alternates through most of the book and this just stopped - no real conclusion, no reference back to is and nothing really joing the two stories together. A bit confusing really., you could read this and skip those chapters and it would make no difference to the story!I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

True Love
Wow, could not put this book down. Finally Dante has found his mate, something that he thought he did not deserve. She was an angel, being on earth for centuries because she would not fight and her wings dissolved for this. Dante finds bloody and hurt, this the start of the of trials begin.

Love those dark warriors
Another great addition to the DWA series. This book is about Dante, the Cambion leader. He is currently in New York City working with the local DWA group searching for demons. Ever since the disaster in New Orleans, all the supernaturals have been on edge waiting for the other shoe to drop as the demons try to bring Lucifer into their realm. Dante is running on fumes and really needs to feed his sexual need and regenerate himself, but for some reason he hasn't really wanted to. When he finds a badly beaten, naked woman on the tracks near a subway station he can't believe that he is attracted to her immediately. She is hurt and he is being inappropriate. Sheesh.Chloe is a former angel who did not get involved in the war between heaven and er, hell. She remained on earth and after a time her wings rotted and fell off and her sword no longer calls the light. She has basically been hiding out for hundreds of years. Until, apparently, now. As she is leaving her job one night at Seven Lively Sinz, she is grabbed by a Daeva demon, drug into a basement and almost.., well, she isn't sure what the demon wanted her for though apparently it had something to do with her former angelic status. She escapes but makes it no further than the subway tracks. When she regains consciousness she is shocked to find herself in the mansion of the local DWA.I am not going to ruin the story for you so I won't say more. Hayden also has a part in the book which, if I am not mistaken, means his story will be next. Juding by what happens to him in this book, he is really in for it.I was given an advanced copy of this book by the author. My review is voluntary.

Dante really was put through the ringer!
How could Chloe just up and leave him after finding out they were fated mates? I used to like her name until I read this story. I'm being totally honest. Chloe is a fallen angel that basically never chose a side after the Great War and remained on earth. I forgot to say a warrior angel, so why can't she fight anymore? Every scrimmage she has in this book she barely manages to kill anything! Please tell me it had something to do with her wings deteriorating. Otherwise, it just doesn't make sense. I get that her light sword barely works. I love the ending. And I love Dante even more for reuniting her family & restoring her status on heaven. I also have to say that Hayden as story starts in this one. I am pissed that he was stupid enough to try to meet with the FBI & CIA! And let me just say that he got what he deserved. Now I need to read the next to see if he gets some sense knocked into him.

Awesome Story!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this new book in the Dark Warrior Alliance series. So glad Dante found his mate. It sure wasn’t looking good for him as he was deteriorating physically and mentally. His mate, Chloe, certainly went through a lot of pain and suffering to find her happiness. Glad to see Izzy is included in this story…unfortunately she still isn’t out of the woods… The development in the second story included in this book (which should portend a future story) certainly wasn’t surprising as Hunter certainly foolishly and willingly brought disaster upon himself with his hardheadedness and unwillingness to heed Zanders dire warnings. One would think he’d have more sense—especially with his unique importance to the shifter nations. Anxiously looking forward to Brenda’s next book!!

Another good one
As much as I loved this book it was the end that had me the most excited cause been waiting for Hayden to get his our story so hoping what happened it what that means. Chloe was another pawn in plan to free Lucifer and was lucky Dante found her. She knew she had a connection with him but was burned in the past which almost costs her the future. But I will assume she will remember what the demon said to her for and that will come out in a later book cause I want to know what he meant.
