Q: When was the last time someone ordered from this seller? Some have complained they never received their order.

I also ordered direct from company in early January. Never rec'd items. Customer service was hit or miss. They just refunded my money. May try to reorder from them in a few weeks after their port/shipping issue is resolved.

Q: What is the size of the bags?

Nice size. You can fit the materials you need for each bag nicely. I can fit 3 in my diaper bag.

Q: Does the "clean me" bag work for dirty cloth diapers, like a regular wet/dry go bag?

Do you mean change me because there is no clean me? But no it's not a wet/ dry bag. It's for diapers and wipes.
