Tinted Mineral Sunscreen Tin, SPF 30, Bronze

Bought this because it is tough to find a tinted SPF with quality, safe ingredients for a decent price. I think the price is great for the quality of ingredients! The product goes on fairly easily as it warms quickly once you get it on your fingers. I have fair skin and this tint is fine for the summer, but I can see it looking too tan for the winter. Once it settles I'd definitely set it with a powder (I just use arrowroot powder) because otherwise it feels greasy on your skin when you touch your face! It offers a nice tint that seems to help to even out redness. It doesn't really give too much coverage at all, but I knew that when buying! My only complaint is I wish there was a lighter shade available for winter months! The smell is a little earthy but didn't bother me and I did not notice the smell throughout the day. I will also be trying honest cc cream to compare which I like better, as this is another option with quality ingredients for a more affordable price, however, Raw Elements is definitely the winner for sustainability and packaging!

Wonderful! I have very dry sensitive, aging skin so I am VERY HAPPY to report this product is extremely user friendly for a customer with specific requirements to maintain skin health. I love the oily:greasy slick feel of this moisturizer. I couldn’t be more pleased with the color and pigmentation of this salve/screen. It functions as well or better than some of the best foundations and concealers I currently own. And rest assured, my current makeup inventory includes heavy hitters like Charlotte Tillbury, NARS, Dior, Lancome, Giorgio Armani, Westman Atelier, Milk, IT cosmetics, Bobbi Brown, Kosas, Ilia, and I use primers such as Smashbox, Tatcha, Dior, MAC Cosmetics, Estée Lauder, Glow Recipe, and Laura Mercier, to name a few. So I can cross reference Raw Elements to those products directly and quite literally, Bc every day I layer Raw Elements under or over or under and over any combination of those “prestige/high-end” products. And honestly, I am stunned to see that this sunscreen improves the look and feel of my beat face. Signicantly. Raw Elements gives my makeup a natural tone and glow, and it nurtured my skin underneath. It never breaks down my makeup and I find that VERY impressive and defiant to the laws of physics as I understand them. Most product would make my makeup streaky and blotchy. This formula is truly a holy grail for me. I slather Raw Elements on my face repeatedly throughout the day and I can honestly say I would be devastated if the product were discontinued. I’ve used it daily for 6 months now, and it has never done me anything but a kindness. The smell is literally rubbing off on me. I have no allergic reactions to report and no downsides to this product. I’ll say once again, I have VERY VERY sensitive skin. I am prone to acne and eczema and this paste gives my face neck and ears life! Not once have I had a sunburn breakout or rash. No perfume smell to irritate my nose and eyes either. Raw appears to be the real deal in my opinion and I will likely subscribe and save it on my amazon account Bc I am sold! Manufacturer, please DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMULA unless you are required to by law. Until then, 5 stars, thank you, and keep up the good work! I’m on my second order!❤️

I have very sensitive cystic acne skin that id warm light in skin color. I try to keep my products especially facial products as natural as possible. This doesn't irritate my skin, meets my ingredient standards, gives a nice light but natural tint. I purchased island color. Might try a darker tone next time but maybe not. Looks much darker in tin than how it does on. Sheer coverage will not cover blemishes or redness but gives nice light natural glow. Very moisturizing don't need moisturizer underneath but I live in high dry altitude so I use with moisturizer. Keeps face moist all day. Doesn't absorb into skin so caution with rubbing your face with anything, the coloring will come off. Will purchase again and keep this as a beauty product staple.

Overall, I like this product. I like that it is plastic free. I like that it is unscented. Here are the caveats... I was originally looking for a zero waste alternative for Tizo photoceutical’s tinted sunscreen. They ended up being extremely different products. However I still find this one very useful . This product has a shiny rather than a matte finish. It has the feeling of a light salve rather than a lotion. It doesn’t really diffuse light or have the level of pigment that a makeup product does. I am 40, so my skin is aging. I have pink dry areas in winter and some fine lines. I find that powder makeup doesn’t work well with my skin anymore. My younger self would probably have used this product as a base replacement for lotion and then gone over it with a matte powder. As I used this product through the winter, I found the best application for me was a tiny bit of lotion and stick concealer over problem areas. Then, this over the top to smooth everything out and lock in moisture. Now that it is spring going into summer, my skin is generally improved. I find that I can use this alone except for a little translucent powder around the hairline (To prevent any product transferring to my hair and making it look oily if I sweat). It does not function as a concealer, but it does have a very slight warm tone that evens out my pink areas. The oils in it seem very nourishing to the skin, and it is not excessively shiny. It does have a slight scent of hemp oil, which I don’t love, but I prefer to a strongly scented product. I love being able to use a plastic free product that protects my skin from dryness in the winter and sunburn in the summer!

I have been searching high and low for a natural (ALL natural and not MOSTLY natural) sunscreen that will keep my skin from getting burnt, looking like a mime/dead person/clown, moisturize vs dry out my skin more, not break me out, and is waterproof. This sunscreen checks all the boxes and then some. When you go down the 'natural' route...there are products that use some natural, mostly natural, and all natural ingredients. Those that do the all natural ingredients are few and far between. I have researched numerous...and I mean numerous sunscreens for one that is ALL NATURAL without titanium dioxide, a non nano zinc oxide content ABOVE 20%, waterproof and is tinted. The list is very short at that point... For those of you with normal to oily skin and who are used to chemical based sunscreens that absorb into the skin and leave a matte finish...this is not it. You will hate the feeling of this sunscreen 'sitting' on your face all day and not absorbing. If you also do not like the smell of cocoa butter you will dislike this too. I personally love the smell and it reminds me of hot cocoa. For the rest of us that prefer moisturizing sunscreens for our dry and sensitive skin...this is it guys! As long as you understand that this is not meant to 'sink into' your skin but instead act as a barrier to the UVA/UVB rays...you will be good. This lasts all day, through the hot and sweltering and humid Florida summer doing the watersports (because the sweat and humidity in the summer feel like they are water sports)! I do reapply mid day if I've really been pouring sweat to be safe but the beeswax does a good job of beading the sweat. As the name implies, it is a moisturizing cream so there is no need to apply a separate moisturizer. I apply this after a few serums in the morning and my face is happy all day. When I go to wash my face in the evening, it is nice and moisturized and not red or irritated. I have been using this a few weeks now and can happily report that I have not broken out at all. It has not irritated my face eczema or caused a rash/redness/pimples. I no longer have dry patches on my face when I wash off the sunscreen either so I am very happy at this dual purpose sunscreen that does all that it is supposed to do and then some. The proper amount for the face in sunscreen is 1/3 teaspoon or the size of a nickel. You should give yourself about 30 minutes to let it sink in before you head out or else it will have a little bit of a sheen to it--some like the dewy glow and some don't. It does absorb and not gleam as much after a little. There is no white cast and when you sweat, the tint is not running down your face and leaving white streaks. If you apply it only in the morning and are inside all day, by the evening, the sunscreen will have little to no sheen and you will just look like you have healthy skin. I love this sunscreen so much and all the benefits that each ingredient has for the skin that I bought another color. My skin matches great to the coconut tint but I also bought the bronze for those days when I want a little more color.

I bought this reef friendly, moisturizing sunscreen for a trip to the Dominican Republic in Nov 2025, and although it went on rather greasy and had a weird smell, I liked the bronze tint. Fast forward to May 2026; the product now has small solid chunks and doesn't spread evenly, even though the expiration date shows June 2027. It's no longer usable but not eligible for return, so a waste of $$.

This sunscreen is very thick and seems not only to protect my skin from UV rays but also to nourish it, which I really appreciate, especially in this cold and dry weather. The downside is that, although the cream is tinted, it still leaves an strong grayish residue on my face, defeating the very reason I gave this cream a try. To tone down the ashiness, I end up applying powder on top, which forces me to wear makeup, something I usually never do.

Great product. I have medium beige skin and I was worried the pink tint would make me look flushed. It didnt actually have very much coverage, just slightly evened out my skin tone. I used this as my only face product for 2 weeks in Colombia, where it is very high altitude and easy to get burned. It did a great job of protecting and moisturizing. I was not sweating or hot so it was long lasting. The scent is minor, and smells like a natural skin product.

I absolutely love this product. It is so nice to have a natural non toxic sunscreen that doesn't go on completely white. I like the smell, it's a bit like cocoa. And speaking of cocoa, that is pretty much the colour. I have pale skin and it goes on well! I do recommend! However, I am disappointed in the packaging, especially as it is not how it was advertised. It comes in a pump bottle not a tin container. This is problematic for a couple of reasons: 1) It is a thick product and I often have trouble getting it to pump up and out. They suggest warming it a bit, but still this could be avoided by putting it in the container that was advertised. 2) It will lead to significant waste of product. I really wish they would switch back to the container that is used to sell this product here on amazon! Regardless, I will be buying again because it really is a great product and besides the packaging I am very happy!

Can be a bit greasy but did not cause any breakouts. The sweat wont melt this sunscreen.
