what are the ingredients?

well I did not see any specific ingredients on the box or on the packages that are in the box. they have a nice scent of grapefruit and lemon and they do the job I also bought my brother a box and he likes them and I would say the price and the product is worth it.

How big is each packet please

There are 10 wipes in each packet and 12 packets in each box. Size of the CPAP wipes are around 6 x 8 inch. I have used them for 2 years and they work great.

if i only use for travel, how long is shelfe life?

Should last a long time if it remains sealed. Be sure it's sealed after each use.

Where are these made?

Just checked box. Made in China for Choice One Medical....who knew? I do love them though, especially for travel. Wonder if there's a Made in USA option out there? Anyone?
