WOW- great coating - my afro looks AMAZING!
The BEST I've ever bought! It has amazing glide in your hair and when you have an afro like me, it takes a lot of heat to curl it! It takes me 10mins to whizz through my hair and it looks amazing. My sister's a hairdressers and she said it's the ceramic coating that makes is good. It is expensive, but worth it.Only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the little clip at the bottom broke after a few gos, this made me sad :-( I'll get a replacement - they were happy to return it. Give it a go; you'll be chuffed to bits!

Poor heat indicaters.
It states it has 2 heat settings depending on your hair....however there are no numbers or indicators on the handle to let you know which settings are which eg high or low so not very helpful..... doesn’t seem to get that hot either.

Disappointing product
I personally found this difficult to use so I was disappointed the barrel is very hard and not at all flexible which makes it difficult to style your hair.

Nearly set my house on fire
Mine started smoking and burning after on minute of plugging in .had i not been there it would have caused a fire.I contacted Carmen who were disinterested they told me to get Amazon to investigate. Amazon were great and have escalated the investigation.
