Nice model
A nice kit. The plastic nose cone and the 16th of an inch balsa stringers not the best but overall good.

A good kit for RC conversion
Bought this kit as 1 of 2 to get myself back into the hobby and to convert to RC using micro servos (HK5320s) and Plantraco radio gear.Kit box was crushed on delivery, but the contents was all intact. The Die-cut balsa is by no means contest grade and possibly a little heavy for RC conversion - Many people who convert these kits to RC cut new parts out of lighter grade balsa. See the RCgroups forums for more info and examples.Kit went together well and although not flown yet I'm confident it will.Overall a good kit- not ideal for your first build but any experienced modeller will be able to manage this without trouble.
