bottle is not sealed when purchased several times from the store, must come in a box

How do you apply this to the skin?

I just fill the pipette and apply to my clean fingers and gently massager in in circular motion, but guessing you could apply with a cosmetic cotton wool pad

Can it be used under the eyes? I used to use tretinoin under the eyes and wondered if this one would work for wrinkles there

I use it quite close under the eye but I think the key with retinol is start off on the lowest % and build it up otherwise the skin can react. Tbh I would seek a qualified persons advice before hitting a 1% retinol ☺️
