Q: Is this supposed to come sealed in any way, the bottle or the box?

bottle is not sealed when purchased several times from the store, must come in a box

Q: How do you apply this to the skin?

I just fill the pipette and apply to my clean fingers and gently massager in in circular motion, but guessing you could apply with a cosmetic cotton wool pad

Q: Can it be used under the eyes? I used to use tretinoin under the eyes and wondered if this one would work for wrinkles there

I use it quite close under the eye but I think the key with retinol is start off on the lowest % and build it up otherwise the skin can react. Tbh I would seek a qualified persons advice before hitting a 1% retinol ☺️

Q: how much vitamin A (retinol) in this? In IU, not percentage.

I purchased this and it turned out to be a fake product, only buy from the ordinary

Great but smelly

Great product! Skin feels very smooth even after one application. On the downside, anyone who says it doesn't smell should check their sinuses. This thing stinks.

Good for dry skin!

It’s been almost one month I have been using this serum.It is bit oily ,good for the dry skin but my skin is combination.I use once to twice a week so I have not noticed any change on my skin yet but I’m get pimples after using them because it is bit oily for my skin. It absorbs quickly and I haven’t noticed extreme side effect.Texture wise feels good to apply.

Great product used this following the ordinarys guide on which retinols to use from beginner to long time user. Found this to be the perfect step up from my first weaker retinol and had no bad reactions but skin has been left very soft
