What is the return policy on this product?

Amazon says you have one month. The cost of toothpaste and brush head will be deducted.

My dog gets tummy issues from sorbitol so we usually just brush with coconut oil- will this product still work even if we can't use your toothpaste?

When i turn on the emmy-pet the green light goes on for a short time then turns itself off. the blue charging light also keeps going off? why please?

How long is a short time? 2 mins? If that is about as long as it stays on, that is normal. If it is less than that, there could be a few

I bought the set. the manual said, i have to charged first for 24 hours straight. i did. the light still red on it. what does it mean? not working?

I found not only is it hard to read and understand, but it is so pale I never was sure what color it was.I don't use this expensive an difficult to use toothbrush anymore. But if you take the brush off the base and snap on the brush then turn it on it should run. Go with that answer.Otherwise write the manufacturer.As I said, I bought and tossed this expensive toothbrush.

Jag har använt denna i 6 dagar (typ 5 minuter per dag) och min hunds tänder har blivit mycket vitare. Den tog bort missfärgningar nästan direkt. Så supernöjd med denna. Hans tandkött som började bli lite irriterat ser nu jättefint ut också. Har haft svårt att borsta tänderna på honom men denna godtar han, den är tyst och inga vibrationer, det är bara att hålla borsten stilla en stund (sekunder). Kommer rekommendera den till alla hundvänner jag känner.

Sensationell, ich habe grosse Erwartungen gehabt und diese wurden erfüllt. Die Ultraschall-Zahnbürste ist noch viel besser als ich gedacht habe. Kein Geräusch, keine Mikrobewegung... und die Zähne werden tatsächlich merklich sauber! Verfärbungen sind z.T. bereits nach der ersten Anwendung weg!
