I have taken many brands of this product and this is by far the best yet nice high strengh and do's what is says. I noticed my moods were elevated and helped my mild depression a lot plus as i am now more a possitive person my friends say, my sleeping pattern has improved immensly i'm now getting a real nights sleep uninterupted also my anxiety has gone in general it has helped me a lot thank you. would definitly recomend this especialy at this price i shall definitly be buying again.

I am really impressed with these tablets. I noticed from the first day of using them that I had far more energy than normal and didn't feel so tired and lethargic. After a week or two I realised that I also wasn't getting my usual mood swings and that I felt much happier in myself and my mood was much more consistent. Because I feel less tired, I am more able to do things and I think the increase in energy has also helped lift my mood and made me feel more positive. I have read that 5 HTP helps with sleep but, so far, my sleep has been no different. I am a terrible insomniac and also take hours to get to sleep too. Although not helping with my sleep, the fact that I feel less tired when taking these tablets, is a real Godsend. I am a very happy customer.

I bought this to counteract the monthly blues I was suddenly getting, I didn't realise it would also help my sleep - pretty much after the first day I woke up far more refreshed than normal, and the packet says it is a slimming aid which I was unaware of, only week one but I'm snacking noticeably less so it looks like that will be another pleasant side affect in the longer term.

These tablets do what they say on the tin. I suffer from SAD and have been know to be quite an anxious person. After a few days of taking these tablets (1 in a morning and 1 before bed) I noticed a big difference in my mood, was much happier in general about situations id usually avoid and slept great. Not 100% sure if it's the tablets or some placebo effect but either way they do the trick!
