....è utilissima!! Va usata con senno...soprattutto se si hanno problemi...bisogna sempre chiedere a fisioterapisti onde evitare di avere problemi futuri, ma detto ciò...è un ottimo coadiuvante per ossa e muscoli! La stiamo usando sia io che mio marito e ne giovano i tendini dei miei piedi e la sua schiena...perchè non l'abbiamo acquistata prima!!!
